They brought in many truckloads of road base and leveled the ground where the building was to be built. Next there was the plumbing for the bathroom which was not close by. They did all the trenching for the plumbing, a new RV station, moving the gas meter, the internet fiber, the electrical, and made sure it was all installed properly prior to pouring the concrete base and foundation. The 14’ high walls and ceiling went up quickly and they installed all the insulation. The exterior is stucco, good job by Migual and Migual. They installed the kitchen cabinets and sink, bathroom cabinets, and sink, with a laundry sink on the other side of the shop. For the floor of the shop they installed an epoxy floor and I have a beautiful ship’s ladder for the loft area above the bath/utility room. The crew did all the work, except where the subcontractors were needed, and they were very pleasant to work with throughout the project. All the driveway and sidewalk concrete, which had to be removed to run utilities to the shop, was replaced and the landscaping was returned to its previous condition. All in all, this simple paragraph doesn’t do justice to the amount of work that went into building of the shop, but if you need a project done, these are your guys.” Thank you, Roy”
